This is an invitation only trip curated for a special group.
Shailee and Maya will take this group on a uniquely tailored trip where they will share about their Everest expedition, and more. For these climbers, Everest is more than a mountain, she is their Guru, Guide and Goddess. Along this trail, there are several practical lessons they learned on how to cope with altitude and at times, people’s attitude. They seeked blessings from the nuns and the monks, all of them now gone. Yet, they live on in their spiritual descendants.
Shailee and Maya were fortunate to provide assistance to Junko Tabei’s group of trekkers back in 2011. Tabei, the first female to climb Everest, was in her 70s. There are many inspirational anecdotes from that trip alone.
The group might even get a chance to meet some iconic climbers of the current generation and spend time with them.
